Alicia Alicia joined the team in 2017 as a member of the Veterinary Reception team. Soon after, Alicia joined the Veterinary Assistant and Surgery Assistant teams. Alicia is currently a Referral Coordinator who works directly with Dr. Snakard and Dr. Homco. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She has two pit bulls, Rhino and Roxy. She also has two cats, Onyx and Storm.Surgical Referral CoordinatorAmandaAmanda joined our Reception team in September of 2019. Amanda works directly with Dr. Oxford and our Certified Feline and Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner, Susie. She is currently working towards her Bachelor’s degree in American studies. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking with her kids, and being with her friends and family. She has an associate’s degree in graphic design from Onondaga Community College. In her spare time, she participates in bowling leagues and tournaments. Allie also enjoys long walks with her Great Dane, Hagrid, and her Dane mix Lola. ReceptionistNicoleNicole joined the Practice in 2021 as a member of our Reception team! She completed her A.A.S in Music Therapy in 2019. In her spare time, she enjoys playing guitar, being with friends and her pets! McKenzieMcKenzie joined the practice as a receptionist in 2026. She is currently studying Forensic Psychology at Southern New Hampshire University. When she is not at work she enjoys going to the gym, cooking, being in nature, and practicing self-care. She has 3 cats at home; Nova, Nala, and Nora. One day she hopes to get a dog!

LenaLena joined the practice in 2022 as a member of the Veterinary Receptionist Team! Lena received her Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology (w/a focus in Archaeology) from Binghamton University in 2018. In her spare time, Lena enjoys rock climbing, tending to an abundance of plants, and visiting Syracuse's many coffee shops and restaurants.
