Stephanie O’Brien
Stephanie joined the practice in November 2012 as a Veterinary Technician In Training. She became the head assistant in February 2014, and Human Resources and Client Coordinator in October 2015. Stephanie graduated from Alfred University with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology in 2010. In 2012, she completed the Veterinary Technician program at Penn Foster College. In October 2013, Stephanie became a member of the American Society of Veterinary Dental Technicians. She has two horses named Tanner, a dog named Cowboy, and a Russian Tortoise named Turtle. Stephanie became a mother in March of 2021, to a beautiful daughter named Ella!

Susie
Susie started with us in April of 2019 as a Licensed Veterinary Technician and our own Rehabilitation Practitioner. Susie has her Bachelor’s degree in Zoology, her associates in Veterinary Technology and her certification in Canine and Feline Rehabilitation. Outside of work Susie loves to travel and hike as well as spend time with her family. Susie has four furry feline family members Buddy, Ava, Miles, and Kalvin!

Jenda
Jenda joined our team of Licensed Veterinary Technicians in May 2019. Jenda received her degree in Veterinary Technology from SUNY Delhi in 2018, and while in college she raised a puppy for Guiding Eyes for the Blind. When Jenda is not at work, she enjoys playing ice hockey in the winter and swimming, and hiking in the summer! Jenda has 3 dogs at home, 2 great danes Diva and Avid and 1 german shepherd mix, Dawson.

Carl
Carl joined the practice as a licensed veterinary technician in 1994 after completing a preceptorship. He graduated in 1995 from SUNY Delhi with an associate’s degree in applied science in veterinary technology. Carl also has a Bachelor’s degree in forest biology from SUNY College of Environmental Sciences and Forestry. In 2000, Carl became a member of the American Society of Veterinary Dental Technicians (ASVDT). He has a special interest in surgery, anesthesia, and emergency care.

Diane
Diane joined our veterinary technician team in August 2002. She graduated from SUNY Delhi in May 1996 with an associate’s degree in applied science in veterinary technology. Diane also has a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University College of Agriculture and Life Science. As a licensed technician, Diane takes a special interest in laboratory procedures. She has two dogs, Harry and Sally, and a cat named Sophie.

Janette
Janette became a part of our veterinary technician team in 2009. She graduated from SUNY Canton with a degree in veterinary science and technology. Janette has many special interests including dentistry, surgery, and physical therapy. She is also a member of the American Society of Veterinary Dental Technicians. Janette is the proud mother of a daughter named Claire and has three cats named Mojo, Bam Bam, and Theo-Monkey.

Lauren
Lauren first joined the practice in 2012 as a veterinary technician intern. She officially became a part of the team in 2013 after graduating from SUNY Delhi with an associates degree in applied science in veterinary technology. She works primarily with Dr.MacDonald, our board certified surgeon, providing anesthesia care to orthopedic and other specialty surgeries. Lauren hopes to one day obtain her veterinary technician specialty in anesthesia and analgesia. Outside of work, Lauren has a Shar-Pei mix named Buttercup, a Staffordshire Terrier mix named Roxanne, and a 65 gallon tropical fish tank. Lauren also collects and sells antique and vintage handbags, clothing, and accessories!

Priscilla
Priscilla joined the practice in April 2015 as a veterinary assistant before becoming a licensed veterinary technician in July 2015. She graduated from Mercy College in 2014 with a Bachelor’s in veterinary technology. In her free time, Priscilla enjoys being with her significant other and her fur family, which includes a Pit Bull mix named Phil, a Dachshund named Judy, and “two and a half” cats, Finn, Jake, and a little munchkin named BMO. She also has two axolotls named Dave Franco and Lil’ Wayne.

Niki
Niki joined the practice in May 2017 as a member of the veterinary technician team. She graduated from SUNY Delhi in 2016 with an associate’s degree in veterinary science technology. She is currently attending LeMoyne College for her Bachelor’s in pre-veterinary/biology. In her free time, Niki enjoys anything “artsy” like crafts and drawing, as well as other activities like hiking and reading. She has two guinea pigs named Dexter and Hermes, two cats named Mimi and Ellie, and a cattle dog mix named Sadie.

Sabrina joined Stack Veterinary Hospital as a member of our veterinary technician team in July 2018. She graduated from SUNY Delhi in May 2018. During her time there, she was a member of the student chapter of NYSAVT. In her free time, Sabrina enjoys art, being outdoors, reading, and playing with different animals. She has a senior black Lab named Raven.

Lexi Joined the practice in October 2018 as a member of the Veterinary Technician team. She graduated from SUNY Delhi in 2018 with an associates degree in Veterinary Sciences. In her spare time she enjoys going to the gym, watching Netflix, and spending time with her family. She has a special interest in Surgery and Anesthesia. She has two cats named Crash and Ravioli and two goldfish. Back at home she has a family dog, a Miniature Pinscher named Loco!

Shanna
Shanna joined the practice as a licensed veterinary technician in June 2010. She graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science degree before pursuing her Veterinary Technology Degree at Wayne County Community College in Detroit, MI. Shanna takes a special interest in feline care and is one of our Feline Friendly Advocates and helped the practice to become Silver Certified Feline Friendly in early 2013. Shanna is our patient care coordinator and also assists in scheduling home visits. She has two cats named Theodore and Selma, a Pointer/Lab mix named Mater, and a Pit Bull named Peppa. Marie
Marie joined the veterinary technician team in October 2012! She graduated from SUNY Delhi with an A.A.S in Veterinary Technology and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Veterinary Technology Management. In 2013 Marie became a member of the American Society of Veterinary Dental Technicians. Her special interests include dentistry and surgery. Marie loves to be outdoors and spend time with her family outside of work. She has an adorable Lab mix named Molly, a Chocolate Labrador Retriever, Duke, and a cat named Toby.

Holly joined the practice in March 2020, as a Licensed Veterinary Technician. Holly graduated from Medaille College in 2016! While not at work, Holly enjoys walking her dogs, hiking, traveling, concerts and spending time with loved ones! At home, Holly has two dogs and one cat. Max a Siberian Husky, Moose a Golden Retriever, and Freya a domestic shorthair feline!

Karl
Karl joined the practice in 2020 as a Licensed Veterinary Technician. In 2013, Karl received his Associates from SUNY Delhi. Karl then received his Bachelors from Cornell University in 2014. In his spare time, Karl enjoys hiking, fishing, hunting and helping local 4-H youth with animal related projects for fairs and shows. Karl's family farm that includes: goats, beef cattle, pigs, horses and four dogs.

Alicia
Alicia joined the Licensed Veterinary Technician team in 2021!
In 2011 she obtained her A.A.S Zoo Technology. In 2015 Alicia became a Licensed Veterinary Technician. In 2021 she completed her B.S in Public Health, with a focus on Infectious Disease.
To continue her education, Alicia is in the progress of obtaining her Master's of Science in Infectious Disease and Zoonoses. In addition to her coursework, she is an active member of the Upstate NY branch of the American Association for Laboratory of Animal Science. She is a council member and designs the Association's newsletter.
In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, cooking, and traveling. Alicia has 5 rescue cats, and 1 iguana.

Shane joined the practice in July 2022 as a Licensed Veterinary Technician. Shane has is Bachelor's from Suny Canton minor in Vet Service Management. Shane enjoys e-sports and working out at the gym. In his spare time he likes playing video games, airsoft, traveling, listening to music, and getting tattoos. He has a cat named Loki.

Kiera joined the practice as a Licensed Veterinary Technician in 2024. She graduated from Suny Delhi in 2019. In her spare time she enjoys reading and spending time with her pets. She has 2 cats, a German Shepherd, a snake, and 2 Sugar gliders at home.
