Meaghan Meaghan came to Stack Veterinary Hospital in February 2019 as a veterinary assistant. She is currently attending Le Moyne College for biochemistry. At Le Moyne, she is involved in student government and the French Club and is also a resident advisor. When she has free time Meaghan enjoys reading, playing the piano, and sleeping. She has two dogs, Max and Rascal. Veterinary Assistant Hannah Hannah joined the practice in July 2017 as a member of the pet care team. She is currently a student at Morrisville State College in the Equine Science program. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys showing and training Paso Fino horses. Hannah has many pets including four horses named Artie, Primo, Spartacus, and Leo; four cats named Max, Piper, Wrangler, and Miss Kitty; and three dogs, Brody, Fynn, and Rosie. Veterinary Assistant Madeline Madeline joined the practice in January 2018 as a member of the veterinary assistant team. In her spare time, she enjoys English horseback riding, hiking, and running. Veterinary Assistant Alicia Alicia joined the practice in April 2017 as a member of the receptionist team before becoming a veterinary assistant in December 2017. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is also a proud owner of two Pit Bulls named Rhino and Roxy, as well as two cats named Onyx and Storm. In the future, Alicia will be continuing her education to become a certified veterinary assistant. Veterinary Assistant Brianna Brianna joined the practice in June 2016 as a member of the receptionist team. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from LeMoyne College. In her free time, Brianna enjoys just about any outdoor activity. She has a Scottish Fold cat named Chance and a Pekingese named Smidgen. Veterinary Assistant Ashley Ashley joined the practice in January 2015 as a member of the pet care team before becoming a veterinary assistant. Prior to joining the practice, Ashley served six years in the Army National Guard and was deployed to Afghanistan in 2012 in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys hanging out by the lake, going kayaking, and going on lots of walks with her puppy. Ashley has a German Shepherd named Koda and an orange rescue kitty named Otto. Veterinary Assistant Traci Traci joined the pet care team in September 2015. The following year, she became a veterinary assistant. In her free time, Traci enjoys riding and showing horses. She also works on the family dairy farm with her husband and two kids, Levi and Neolani. Traci has two horses, four dogs, two cats, a hedgehog, a rabbit, two guinea pigs, a hamster, chickens, and lots of cows. Veterinary Assistant Brittany Brittany joined the practice in May 2016 as a member of the veterinary assistant team. She graduated from Binghamton University in 2016 with a degree in integrative neuroscience. During her time there, she also participated in the Pre-Veterinary Society. In her spare time, Brittany enjoys being outside, camping, reading and volunteering at the Standardbred Horse Rescue Facility. Brittany has a Miniature Pinscher named Peanut. Veterinary Assistant Sam Sam joined the practice in November 2015 as a veterinary assistant. She graduated from SUNY College of Environmental Science & Forestry with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2014. She is currently attending Le Moyne College to be a Physician Assistant. While attending ESF, Sam was the SU captain of the horseback riding team during her sophomore, junior, and senior years. In her spare time, Sam enjoys horseback riding and spending time with her family. She has two horses, Emma and Nathan. Veterinary Assistant Cherilyn Cherilyn joined our practice in April of 2013 as a member of the pet care team and became a receptionist in May of 2015. Cherilyn studied wildlife biology and pre-veterinary medicine with a minor in marine biology at SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry. She has a Sheltie mix named Oliver. AVA Allie Allie joined the practice in September 2014 as a member of the pet care team and later joined the veterinary assistant team. She has an associate’s degree in graphic design from Onondaga Community College. In her spare time, she participates in bowling leagues and tournaments. Allie also enjoys long walks with her Great Dane, Hagrid, and her Dane mix Lola. At home, she also has a Russian tortoise named Emma. Veterinary Assistant Michelle Michelle joined the practice in July 2011 as a receptionist. In 2013, she became a veterinary assistant. She has a Bachelor’s degree in wildlife science from SUNY College of Environmental Science. Michelle has previous experience working at veterinary clinics. Additionally, she did an internship at Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge, a rescue that helps abandoned, abused, and neglected large animals. In addition to working with animals, Michelle enjoys photography and has pets of her own, two cats named Stoli and Trooper. Veterinary Assistant Daniel Dan joined the practice in August 2011 as a veterinary assistant. Prior to leading Stack’s Pawsitive Approach, Dan was a dog trainer at PetSmart. He takes a special interest in both canine and feline behavior and training. Dan has three dogs named Tessa, Archer, and Link, and three cats named Sonia, Mia, and Roxy. Veterinary Assistant Tracy Tracy rejoined our practice as a veterinary assistant in November 2008. She previously worked as a receptionist at Stack Veterinary Hospital from 1999-2000. Growing up Tracy had cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, and a dog. She now has two rescued kitties, Doogals and Azrael (aka Azzy). Veterinary Assistant Erin Erin joined the veterinary assistant’s team in 2002. She is an Approved Veterinary Assistant through New York State. Erin is the proud mother of two boys. AVA Lacey Lacey joined our practice as a receptionist in July 2012. In the summer of 2013, she began training as a veterinary assistant, becoming a full-time member of the assistant’s team in May 2014. Lacey started training with a professional groomer from the Rochester Institute of Grooming in Fall 2014. Lacey has a Bachelor’s degree in biology from Le Moyne College with a minor in psychology and philosophy. She is currently enrolled at San Juan College studying to become a veterinary technician.
