Hannah joined the practice in July 2017 as a member of the pet care team. She is currently a student at Morrisville State College in the Equine Science program. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys showing and training Paso Fino horses. Hannah has many pets including four horses named Artie, Primo, Spartacus, and Leo; four cats named Max, Piper, Wrangler, and Miss Kitty; and three dogs, Brody, Fynn, and Rosie.
Madeline joined the practice in January 2018 as a member of the veterinary assistant team. In her spare time, she enjoys English horseback riding, hiking, and running.
Ashley joined the practice in January 2015 as a member of the pet care team before becoming a veterinary assistant. Prior to joining the practice, Ashley served six years in the Army National Guard and was deployed to Afghanistan in 2012 in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys hanging out by the lake, going kayaking, and going on lots of walks with her puppy. Ashley has a German Shepherd named Koda and an orange rescue kitty named Otto.
Traci joined the pet care team in September 2015. The following year, she became a veterinary assistant. In her free time, Traci enjoys riding and showing horses. She also works on the family dairy farm with her husband and two kids, Levi and Neolani. Traci has two horses, four dogs, two cats, a hedgehog, a rabbit, two guinea pigs, a hamster, chickens, and lots of cows.
Brittany joined the practice in May 2016 as a member of the veterinary assistant team. She graduated from Binghamton University in 2016 with a degree in integrative neuroscience. During her time there, she also participated in the Pre-Veterinary Society. In her spare time, Brittany enjoys being outside, camping, reading and volunteering at the Standardbred Horse Rescue Facility. Brittany has a Miniature Pinscher named Peanut.
Sam joined the practice in November 2015 as a veterinary assistant. She graduated from SUNY College of Environmental Science & Forestry with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2014. She is currently attending Le Moyne College to be a Physician Assistant. While attending ESF, Sam was the SU captain of the horseback riding team during her sophomore, junior, and senior years. In her spare time, Sam enjoys horseback riding and spending time with her family. She has two horses, Emma and Nathan.
Michelle joined the practice in July 2011 as a receptionist. In 2013, she became a veterinary assistant. She has a Bachelor’s degree in wildlife science from SUNY College of Environmental Science. Michelle has previous experience working at veterinary clinics. Additionally, she did an internship at Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge, a rescue that helps abandoned, abused, and neglected large animals. In addition to working with animals, Michelle enjoys photography and has pets of her own, two cats named Stoli and Trooper.
Dan joined the practice in August 2011 as a veterinary assistant. Prior to leading Stack’s Pawsitive Approach, Dan was a dog trainer at PetSmart. He takes a special interest in both canine and feline behavior and training. Dan has three dogs named Tessa, Archer, and Link, and three cats named Sonia, Mia, and Roxy.
Tracy rejoined our practice as a veterinary assistant in November 2008. She previously worked as a receptionist at Stack Veterinary Hospital from 1999-2000. Growing up Tracy had cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, and a dog. She now has two rescued kitties, Doogals and Azrael (aka Azzy).
Erin joined the veterinary assistant team in 2002. Prior to joining the practice, Erin was a loyal client, since adopting her first cat. She is the proud mother of 2 boys. Erin's family are dedicated, baseball enthusiasts!
Erin has a miniature dachshund named Leia.
Lacey joined our practice as a receptionist in July 2012. In the summer of 2013, she began training as a veterinary assistant, becoming a full-time member of the assistant’s team in May 2014. Lacey started training with a professional groomer from the Rochester Institute of Grooming in Fall 2014. Lacey has a Bachelor’s degree in biology from Le Moyne College with a minor in psychology and philosophy. She is currently enrolled at San Juan College studying to become a veterinary technician. Jolene joined the practice in January 2020 as a veterinary assistant. Joelene received her Bachelor's degree in Large Animal Science from Delaware Valley University in 2015. During her time there, she was involved with the English Equestrian Team and Equestrian Vaulting. In her spare time, Joelene, enjoys pyrography and training her cat to do tricks! At home, she has two cats named Maestro and Boots and a turtle, Cha Cha!
Alicia joined the team in 2017. She began in reception and is currently a veterinary assistant. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She has 2 pit bulls, Rhino and Roxy. She also has 2 cats, Onyx and Storm.
Lesley joined the practice in January 2020 as a veterinary assistant. She received her Associate's degree in Business Technology from OCC. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and paddle boarding! At home, she has 2 border collies Shooter and Cash.
Meghen joined the practice as a receptionist and pet care team member in December 2013. Meghen briefly moved away and we welcomed her back in September 2019. She is currently a Veterinary Assistant. Meghen is studying Occupational Therapy at Bryant and Stratton College, with plans to graduate in 2021! In her spare time, she enjoys reading, riding horses, spending time with family and friends and being outside. Meghen has four dogs - two Boxers (Dudley & Smokey), one Siberian Husky (Nikita), and a three-legged Lab Mix (Jade). She also has one cat named Gertie.
Lela joined the practice in 2020 as a Veterinary Assistant. She received her Bachelors of Science from the University of Connecticut in 2019. In her spare time, Lela enjoys house-planting and reading!
Rachel joined the practice in December 2017 as a member of the pet care team. In January 2020 she joined the veterinary assistant team. Rachel plans to study accounting at LeMoyne College in the Fall of 2020. When Rachel is not at work she enjoys fishing, four-wheeling, camping, traveling and spending time with her pets and loved ones. Rachel has a two year old cavachon named Nash. She also has an 8 year old puggle named Payton and an 11 year old boxer named Baily.
Regina joined the Veterinary Assistant team in 2020! She has several prior years of veterinary experience. She is currently enrolled as a veterinary student at Medaille College. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and hiking. She has 4 pets at home, King, Mr. Reed, Marcellus and Island!
Danielle joined the team in 2021 as a Veterinary Assistant. She graduated from the University of Buffalo in 2020. Her extracurricular activities include playing club soccer as well as working on research projects. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, climbing, and playing various board games. Danielle has a Calico/Tortishelle Cat names Mags!
Catrina joined the practice in April 2020. She started as a member of the receptionist team and is now a Veterinary Assistant. Catrina is currently enrolled in Penn Foster's Veterinary Technician program! Catrina's extracurricular activities include band, tennis, and Writer's Ring. In her spare time, Cartina enjoys gardening, and biking or playing video games! At home Catrina has 2 rabbits, Eggbert and Eevee, as well as 2 black and white tuxedo cats, Ellie, and Chester.
Andrea joined the practice in 2016. She graduated from SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry, with a Bachelor's degree in Conservation Biology. Outside of work, Andrea loves studying environmentalism and dog behavior and cognition! She has three dogs, Yuma, Sasha and Koda.
Stuart joined the practice in 2021. Stuart brings several years of experience with him. He is cross-trained as a Veterinary Assistant and Receptionist. In 2019, Stuart received his Bachelor's in Biology from LeMoyne. In his spare time, he enjoys running, hiking, archery, watching movies, playing video games, drawing, and playing guitar.
Mackenzie came to Stack Veterinary Hospital in August 2017 as a member of our reception team. In September 2018 she began working as a groomer in Stack’s Paw’lor. Mackenzie is currently attending Onondaga Community College for general studies and in her free time enjoys singing, baking, traveling and going to the gym. Mackenzie has a Pug mix named Pickles.
