Stephanie Stephanie joined the practice in November 2012 as a Veterinary Technician In Training. She became the head assistant in February 2014, and Human Resources and Client Coordinator in October 2015. Stephanie graduated from Alfred University with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology in 2010. In 2012, she completed the Veterinary Technician program at Penn Foster College. In October 2013, Stephanie became a member of the American Society of Veterinary Dental Technicians. She has two horses named Tanner, a dog named Cowboy, and a Russian Tortoise named Turtle. Stephanie became a mother in March of 2021, to a beautiful daughter named Ella!
Human Resources & Client CoordinatorColleenColleen joined the practice in 2015 as a member of the Veterinary Receptionist team. In 2017 she became the Referral Coordinator, working directly with Dr. MacDonald and Dr. Homco. In 2022, Colleen became the Business Manager. Colleen attended Marist College for math and biology. Outside of work, Colleen enjoys baking, hiking, running, and traveling. She has a boxer named Apollo.Business ManagerSally, LMSWSally began working at Stack Veterinary Hospital in 2004. Throughout her years with us she has filled several positions in the Hospital. Sally graduated Magna Cum Laude from Syracuse University, achieving her Master's degree in social work. Coupling her degree with her certification in Animal Hospice and Palliative Care, Sally offers counseling services. Sally's services are for people who are experiencing grief because of a pet loss or stress associated with the obstacles of an aging pet. When Sally is outside of the hospital she enjoys spending time with her children on their horse farm.
Services For the Love of AnimalsVeterinary Social Worker MarieMarie joined the veterinary technician team in October 2012! She graduated from SUNY Delhi with an A.A.S in Veterinary Technology and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Veterinary Technology Management. In 2013 Marie became a member of the American Society of Veterinary Dental Technicians. Her special interests include dentistry and surgery. Marie loves to be outdoors and spend time with her family outside of work. She has an adorable Lab mix named Molly, a Chocolate Labrador Retriever, Duke, and a cat named Toby.
LVTSarahSarah joined the practice in 2020 as a member of our Client Care Team. In 2021 she became Reception Manager and in 2022 she became the Hospital Administrator. She attended Onondaga Community College and Bryant & Stratton. In her spare time, she enjoys running! She shares her home with her dogs, Izzy and Pepper!Hospital AdministratorTraciTraci joined the pet care team in September 2015. The following year, she became a veterinary assistant. In her free time, Traci enjoys riding and showing horses. She also works on the family dairy farm with her husband and two kids, Levi and Neolani. Lena joined the practice in 2022 as a member of the Reception team, and shortly thereafter became a Reception Supervisor. In spring 2023 she became Reception Manager, and in autumn 2024 transitioned into a role offering administrative support for the hospital. In her spare time she enjoys rock climbing, visiting Syracuse's many coffee shops and restaurants, and spending time with her brindle pup Maple.Administrative AssistantKristiKristi joined us as a member of the pet care team in May 2006. Since then she has worked in reception and is currently working behind the scenes performing a variety of tasks at the hospital. In her spare time, Kristi enjoys being outdoors. She has two cats and two dogs.AliciaAlicia joined the team in 2017 as a member of the Veterinary Reception team. Soon after, Alicia joined the Veterinary Assistant and Surgery Assistant teams. Alicia is currently Reception Manager, and a Referral Coordinator who works directly with Dr. Snakard and Dr. Homco. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
