Onondaga Hill Pet Boarding at Stack Veterinary Hospital is currently seeking a Full-Time Pet Care Team member to help meet the needs of our thriving kennel. The purpose of the Pet Care Team is to provide care and the basic needs of canines and felines that are being boarded, or those that are patients of Stack Veterinary Hospital. This includes the cleaning of all areas throughout the hospital, and walking, feeding, medicating, and caring for all boarding patients.

We are a family-run practice with 10 doctors, a full-time Board Certified Surgeon, a part-time Board Certified Radiologist, and a part-time Board Certified Cardiologist.

We are proud to be AAHA-accredited since 1957 in addition to holding our Feline Friendly (Silver) Certification. Our accreditations are proof of our commitment to our patients and their loving owners.

Our state-of-art facility offers:

  • Digital radiography
  • Ultrasound
  • A cat-only waiting area and exam room
  • 8 exam rooms with a dedicated quiet area for nervous pets
  • A rehabilitation and laser therapy center
  • A fully-equipped dental suite
  • A spacious surgery suite

We also offer grooming, boarding, and a weekly radio show, as well as a strong focus on Veterinary Social Work.

Our Pet Care Team rotates opening and closing schedules. Our kennel is open seven days a week. Our culture puts an emphasis on work-life balance for all team members and collaboration among our employees creates a supportive work environment, perfect for growth and learning. We are currently utilizing Cornerstone software and we are a paper-light facility.
