Stack Veterinary Hospital, established in 1910 and located in scenic Central New York, is currently seeking a Veterinary Assistant to help meet the needs of our thriving hospital. We are a family-run practice with 9 doctors, including a full-time Board Certified Surgeon and part-time Board Certified radiologist. We are proud to be AAHA- accredited since 1957 and Feline Friendly Certified. Our state-of-art facility offers digital radiography, ultrasonography, 8 exam rooms, a cat-only waiting area, a fully equipped dental suite, and a spacious surgery suite. Our veterinary assistants rotate between opening, closing and Saturday schedules and we are closed on Sundays. Our hospital culture puts an emphasis on work-life balance for all team members and collaboration among our employees creates a supportive work environment, perfect for growth and learning. We are currently utilizing Cornerstone software and are in the process of going paperless. After-hour emergencies are directed to the two area emergency hospitals or Cornell.
