Stack Veterinary Hospital: Statement on COVID-19

As a result of COVID-19, the team at SVH has implemented the following policies to continue keeping our patients, clients and staff as healthy as possible.
Requests and Scheduling:
- Please fill out a Pre-Exam-Questionnaire prior to your pet’s appointment. This information will allow you to communicate with the Doctor and ultimately speed up the appointment process.
- Upon arrival, please TEXT our office 315-478-3161 from the parking lot to check-in. Please include your pet’s name, your last name and the color/make/model of your vehicle.
- A veterinary assistant will greet you at your vehicle. The assistant will bring your pet into the building, while you wait inside your vehicle. Please keep all dogs on a leash. All cats must be in a secure carrier.
- FOR EVERYONE’S SAFETY, PLEASE REMEMBER TO WEAR A MASK WHEN INTERACTING WITH OUR TEAM.
- If your pet is seeing a Doctor for an exam, they will call you (possibly from a restricted number) after the exam to discuss any diagnostics and treatments necessary.
- To limit exposure please consider paying by credit card.
- If you are exhibiting any clinical signs of sickness, or if you have traveled in the last 14 days, please inform us so that we may take extra precautions.
- Upon arrival, please TEXT our office 315-478-3161 from the parking lot and let us know the nature of your visit. Please include your pet’s name, your last name and the color/make/model of your vehicle.
- A member of our Client Care team will bring the supplies out to your vehicle.
