Stack Veterinary Hospital: Statement on COVID-19

As a result of COVID-19, the team at SVH has implemented the following policies to continue keeping our patients, clients and staff as healthy as possible.

Requests and Scheduling:

  • In an effort to assist you and your pet as quickly and efficiently as possible; you can now request medications, prescription diets and appointments right from the homepage of our website

Appointments:

  • Please fill out a Patient History Form prior to your pet’s appointment. Forms are available on the homepage of our website.
  • Upon arrival, please call our office from the parking lot to check-in.
  • A veterinary assistant will greet you outside of your vehicle. Please hand off your pet to the assistant, who will bring your pet into the building, while you wait inside your vehicle. Please keep all dogs on a leash while waiting outside of your vehicle. All cats must be in a secure carrier.
  • FOR EVERYONE’S SAFETY, PLEASE REMEMBER TO WEAR A MASK WHEN INTERACTING WITH OUR TEAM.
  • A Doctor will call you possibly from a restricted number after the exam to discuss any diagnostics and treatments necessary.
  • To limit exposure please consider paying by credit card.
  • If you are exhibiting any clinical signs of sickness, or if you have traveled in the last 14 days, please inform us so that we may take extra precaution.

Pickups:

  • Upon arrival, please call our office from the parking lot. A member of our Client Care team will bring the supplies out to your vehicle.
