  • Sally, Reception Manager, Hospice & Palliative Care Liaison

    Sally joined Stack Veterinary Hospital in 2004. In addition to working as a receptionist, she also has experience working as a pet care team member and a veterinary assistant. Sally values the relationships she has developed with several patients and their families. In 2018 Sally became certified in palliative and hospice care and hopes to help facilitate understanding and comfort in a pet’s final stages of life. Sally will be graduating from Onondaga Community College in December 2018 with a degree in Chemical Dependency Counseling, and is an active member of the honors society. She plans on continuing her education in the mental health field. In her spare time, Sally enjoys traveling to horse shows with her family, bird watching, and spending time on Skaneateles Lake. Sally has three dogs 'Dee Dee' (Labradoodle), 'Henry' (Smooth Coat Collie), and 'Cheetah' (Chihuahua); as well as four cats Aurie, Bear, Larry and Sully.

  • Lisa
    Lisa joined the practice as a receptionist in May 2012. She has a degree in Interior Design from Alfred State College. In her spare time Lisa enjoys cooking, spending time with her family and friends, painting, and spending time at the beach. Lisa has 2 nephew pups named 'Drew' and 'Driver.'
  • Kristi

    Kristi joined the practice in 1999. She is currently a member of the receptionist team. Kristi is the mother of three wonderful daughters. She has two dogs 'Pup' and 'Ruffus', a horse, fish, and two cats 'Fluffy Marie' and 'Nala.'

  • Stephenie
    Stephenie joined the receptionist team in April 2015. She graduated from SUNY Oswego in 2014 with a Master's degree in Education. She also graduated from Morrisville State College with a B Tech degree in Equine Science in 2012. Stephenie has two dogs, a lab named 'Kotta' and a Boston Terrier named 'Poppy.' In her free time she enjoys horse back riding.
  • Colleen,
    Referral Coordinator
    Colleen joined the practice in August 2015 as a member of the receptionist team. Prior to joining our hospital, Colleen studied mathematics at Marist College. In her spare time she enjoys running with her dog, baking and reading. Colleen has a Boxer named 'Apollo' and an very old frog named 'Franklin.'
  • Kayla, Reception Manager

    Kayla joined the practice in November 2015 as a member of the receptionist team. Kayla has a Liberal Arts degree and is currently enrolled in a online technician program. In her free time she enjoys riding horses, fishing and hiking. Kayla has a cat named 'Stanley Winston.'

  • Shannon

    Shannon joined the practice in February 2015 as a member of the receptionist team. Shannon attends SUNY Cortland is currently working toward obtaining her recreation management degree. In her free time, she enjoys watching movies, canoeing and hiking. She loves the outdoors and any chance she can get to the Adirondacks!

  • Mackenzie,
    Mackenzie joined the practice in August 2017 as a member of the receptionist team. She is currently attending Onondaga Community College. In her spare time she enjoys baking, singing, road trips and running. Mackenzie has a rescue dog named 'Pickles' and a cat named 'Rosie.'
  • Marissa

    Marissa joined the practice in October 2017 as a member of the receptionist team. Marissa graduated from Onondaga Community College with an Associates Degree in Graphic Design. In her free time she enjoys drawing, painting, traveling and riding her motorcycle. Marissa has a mastiff mix named 'Indigo.'

  • Niccole

    Niccole joined the practice in August 2014 as a member of the veterinary assistant team. In 2018, she started as a receptionist. Niccole has a Bachelors degree in Business Management and Leadership from Le Moyne College. Her dream is to open her own kennel & rescue. In her spare time she enjoys taking her dog 'Harper' to Skaneateles Conversation for long walks as well as going to Tinker Falls and Labrador Hollow to enjoy the scenery. Niccole has many pets including two dogs, 'Harper' and 'Babie,' two cats, 'Karma' and 'Lil Man,' and an orange-belly turtle named 'Speedy'.

  • Amy

    Amy joined the practice as a receptionist and veterinary assistant in October 2018. She is currently working towards her Bachelor's in American Studies. In her spare time, Amy enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking with her kids, and visiting with family and friends. Amy has three cats, 'Euli,' Sophie' and 'Fuzzy,' and two guinea pigs, 'Butterball' and 'Spook.'
