Kimberly, LVT, Head Technician
Kim joined the practice in 1997 as part of our pet care team. After leaving in 2000 to pursue a college education she rejoined the practice in 2004. In 2013 Kim became head of the veterinary technicians. She has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Biology from Nazareth College and an Associates in Applied Science in Veterinary Technology from Cedar Valley College. In 2010 Kim became a member of the American Association of Veterinary Dental Technicians. Her areas of special interest include dentistry, surgery and anesthesia, and radiology. Kim's pets include a Bernese Mountain Dog mix named "Lexi" and a cat named "Lambchop."
Carl joined the practice as licensed veterinary technician in 1994 after completing a preceptor-ship. He graduated in 1995 from SUNY Delhi with an Applied Associates in Science for Veterinary Technology. He also has a Bachelor's Degree in Forest Biology from SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry. In 2000, Carl became a member of the American Society of Veterinary Dental Technicians (ASVDT). Carl has special interests in surgery, anesthesia and emergency care.
Diane joined the veterinary technician team in August 2002. She graduated from SUNY Delhi in May 1996 with an Associates in Applied Science degree in Veterinary Technology. Diane also has a Bachelor's of Science degree from Cornell University, College of Agriculture and Life Science. As a licensed technician, Diane takes special interest in laboratory procedures. Diane has two dogs, "Harry" and "Sally," and one cat named "Sophie."
Janette joined the practice as a member of the veterinary technician team in 2009. She graduated from SUNY Canton with a degree in Veterinary Science Technology. Janette has many special interests including dentistry, surgery, and physical therapy. She is also a member of the American Society of Veterinary Dental Technicians (ASVDT). Janette is also the proud mother of a little girl named Claire. She has three cats named "Mojo", "Rosie" and "Theo-Monkey".
Shanna, LVT, Patient Care Coordinator
Shanna joined the practice as a licensed veterinary technician in June 2010. She graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor's of Science degree before pursuing her Veterinary Technology Degree at Wayne County Community College in Detroit, MI. Shanna takes special interest in feline care and is one of our Feline Friendly Advocates and helped the practice to become silver certified feline friendly in early 2013. Shanna is our Patient Care Coordinator and also assists in scheduling home visits. She has two cats "Theodore" and "Selma" and a pointer/lab mix named "Mater."
Megan, LVT, CCRP, OACM
Megan joined the practice as a member of the veterinary technician team. She has degrees from Le Moyne College, Cedar Valley College and certifications from the University of Tennessee. Megan is a Certified Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner and Certified Osteoarthritis Case Manager with years of experience in both New York State and Northern Virginia. While working with board certified surgeons and neurologists she observed how essential rehabilitation is to the healing of the patients. Megan shares her house with four lazy cats, a rambunctious dog named "Rooney" and a miniature Australian Cattle Dog named "Einstein."

Marie, LVT, Marketing & Computer Coordinator
Marie joined the veterinary technician team in October 2012 and became Marketing & Computer Coordinator in October 2015. She graduated from SUNY Delhi with an Associates in Applied Science in Veterinary Technology and a Bachelor's in Business Administration in Veterinary Technology Management. In 2013 Marie became a member of the American Society of Veterinary Dental Technicians. Her special interests include dentistry and surgery. In her spare time, Marie loves to be outdoors and spend time with her family. Marie has an adorable Lab mix named "Molly" and a cat named "Guinness."
Stephanie, LVT, Human Resources & Client Coordinator
Stephanie joined the practice in November 2012 as a veterinary technician in training. In February 2014 she became Head Assistant and in October 2015 she became the Human Resources & Client Coordinator. She graduated from Alfred University with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology in 2010. In 2013 she completed the Veterinary Technician program at Penn Foster College. In October 2013 Stephanie became a member of the American Society of Veterinary Dental Technicians. Stephanie has two horses named "Ebony" and "Tanner". She also has a cat named "Orange Kitty", a dog named "Cowboy," a rabbit named "Hoppy" and a Russian Tortoise named "Turtle".
Jessica, LVT, Veterinary Assistant Manager
Jessica joined our practice as an intern in May 2013 before becoming a permanent member of the technician team later in the summer. In January 2016, Jessica became head of the veterinary assistants. She has an Associates in Specialized Technology as a Veterinary Technician from the Vet Tech Institute in Pittsburgh, PA. Jessica enjoys all areas of veterinary medicine. In her spare time she enjoys sports and spending time outdoors. Jess has three dogs: "Mylee" a Pug-a-poo, "Zoey" a Miniature Pinscher and "Maverick" a Doberman Pinscher. She also has a cat named "Lily" and an English Lop Rabbit named "Thumper.
Lauren initially joined the practice in July 2012 as a veterinary technician intern. In June 2013 she became an official member of the veterinary technician team. She has an Associates in Applied Science in Veterinary Science Technology from SUNY Delhi. Lauren is also a Certified Weight Management Coach through Purina. When not working she enjoys working and maintaining her vegetable garden, caring for her 60 gallon aquarium full of tropical fish, and spending time in the Adirondacks at her family's camp. Lauren has a Shar Pei mix named "Buttercup" that she fell in love with at technician school while working in the kennels.
Katie joined the practice in July 2015 as a member of the veterinary technician team. Katie graduated from the Vet Tech Institute in Pittsburgh, PA in December 2014 with an Associates in Specialized Technologies. She is the OSHA and radiology coordinator for the hospital, making sure everyone is safely following protocols and that the hospital remains in compliance with state and federal regulations. In her spare time she enjoys reading, running, and sewing. Katie has four orange cats named "Mufassa," "Reptar," "Wolverine," and "Charmander." She calls them her Ginger Army!
Priscilla joined the practice in April 2015 as a member of the veterinary assistant team. In August 2015 she became a member of the veterinary technician team. Priscilla obtained her Bachelors in Science for Veterinary Technology from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, NY. Priscilla enjoys her job, spending time with her family, hiking, and reading. She has three cats, "Finn", "Jake", and a little munchkin named "B.M.O." She also has a lion-head bunny named "Marceline."
Chelsea joined the practice as a veterinary technician intern in May 2015. After completing her technician internship in July, she was hired on as a Veterinary Assistant. Chelsea joined the veterinary technician team in May 2016 after graduating from SUNY Delhi in 2016 with a degree in Veterinary Science Technology. During her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends. Chelsea has a German Shepherd mix named "Brisco."
Brooke joined the practice as a veterinary technician intern during the summer of 2015. In May 2016 she became a full-time member of the veterinary technician team. Brooke graduated from Morrisville State College in 2014 with an Associates in Applied Science degree in Equine Science and Management. She graduated from Alfred State College in 2016 with an Associates in Applied Science in Veterinary Technology. In her spare time Brooke enjoys running, hiking and DIY crafts. She has three cats, "Simba," "Remy," and "Little Girl" and a pit mix named "Caroline."
